It depends on your attitude.  I like fun. —Colleen C. Barrett&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Start with motivating yourself.  You can start out your day with a list of all the things you are grateful for and remember these affirmations throughout your day.&lt;br /&gt;Make it a habit by repeating them over and over for at least a month when it becomes second nature to you.  What you are doing here is replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. In this way you are setting your mind in a positive direction.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All people are by nature good so look for the beauty in each people.  You will surely find at least one trait you will like.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Motivate, inspire and energize people around you – in your workplace and in your home.  Inspire people to learn more and be more, continually striving for what could be and becoming the person they ought to be.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Laughter is one great tool for managing attitude. It is not only good for your abdominal muscles and to the immune system but it will also decrease stress and keep depression at bay.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Go out for a regular spa and aromatherapy treatment.  It has been scientifically proven that good smell can help us feel better.  However, if that is too expensive, lighting incense or scented candles will do the trick.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Take a few minutes a day to listen to your favorite music or to your favorite motivational speaker or maybe just spending time alone. This will calm you and keep you in a good mood.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deliberately stop negative thoughts from entering your mind.  Once negative thoughts start to cloud your mind stop it right away.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pick someone who is truly successful in your field or industry and learn everything you can about them. Make them your mentor and try to imitate the way they approach things.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Great attitude can deliver a lot of good things.
